Over 20 years, I've worked inside environments that couldn't be more different: fast-moving startups where the rules were being written in real time, and large global organizations where the complexity was structural, political, and deeply human. What they had in common was this: the hardest problems were never the technical ones.
I've navigated reorgs, team breakdowns, influence challenges, and leadership moments where there was no clear playbook. And because I've always wanted to understand what actually works, not just what sounds good in theory, I kept educating myself.
A bachelor's in Business Administration gave me the foundation. A master's in Organizational Psychology gave me the framework to understand why people behave the way they do inside systems. A PsyD in Leadership and Organizational Development, which I'm currently completing, is deepening that further. Each degree was a direct answer to a question I couldn't stop asking.
That combination of lived complexity and serious study is what I bring to clients. Not theory alone. Not just experience alone. Both, working together.
