The coach actively supports you by asking thoughtful questions, reflecting and helping you see patterns and options more clearly. We focus on what’s happening in your life right now, what’s weighing on you, and where you want more clarity or energy. We explore options and then take realistic steps forward at your own pace.

About Janell

Janell is a curious learner who spent the first half of her life raising kids and climbing the career ladder in corporate America. She used grit and determination to go from a receptionist at a steel factory to becoming a vice president at a global organization. Now that her kids are grown and she has more time, she wants to give back to the world and contribute in a meaningful way to other people's lives.  She does this through coaching and helping leaders in organizations create an environment where employees look forward to going to work everyday.

She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing a PsyD in Leadership Psychology. She is certified in Executive Coaching as well as Wellness Coaching because she believes the two are intertwined.
